Construction Plan

Work on the house will begin soon. The plan is pretty simple. Gut everything we can afford in as little time possible.

We are targeting a 4 month construction period

• December - Demo and Excavation
• January - Framing Garage & Bedroom, Roofing, and Insulation
• February - Windows, Siding, Interior Construction, and Drywall
• March - Finish it all off and paint

It's a pretty aggressive plan so we'll see how it goes.
